Phone Conversation with Amy
I called Amy in Barc today and she's having a very laid back time.
She's helping around the house and doing a bit of gardening. She
travelled to Honfluer and Deauville the other day for some site-seeing
and people watching. She mentioned there was a lot of left-over
activity related to the D-Day commemoration activities on Sunday.
Tomorrow she leaves for Paris to visit her cousin, Jane along
with some of her extended Senegalese family and friends. She mentioned
that her attempts at finding a cyber cafe have been futile. The
one she saw was closed. Lots of things are closed, she said, wondering
if anyone there works. (Maybe they're on their own French version
of the Pro-Leisure Tour?)
On Monday, June 15 Amy heads to Ireland to join up with Mary,
Molly and Tim.
